Kevin is always networking in the Realtor community. He regularly attends the Downtown and Metropolitan San Diego caravans, and he mixes and mingles regularly with the top agents in Downtown, Banker’s Hill, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, North Park, South Park, University Heights, Normal Heights, Adams North, Kensington, Talmadge, College Area, Old Town, and Mission Valley. The importance of networking with other Realtors is something that is overlooked by most Realtors. Think about this: Who has direct access to the buyers? The answer is other Realtors!
Kevin has been an entrepreneur since 2007. His first company was a cleaning business where he had 25 employees and hundreds of clients. Kevin makes sure that everyone who passes by the property knows that it is for sale and knows how to contact Kevin with questions or to write an offer. Please note though that some properties have restrictions that do not allow signage on the property. As the seller, you also have the right to ask Kevin not to put a sign on the property, but Kevin does strongly recommend a “For Sale” sign if at all possible.
BROKER’S OPEN HOUSE
Kevin introduces your property to brokers and agents at a broker’s open house immediately upon listing. This allows brokers and agents to preview the property for their clients. Different areas of town have different dates, times, and rules for broker’s opens, and Kevin sets up one that meets your area’s guidelines.
PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE
As appropriate, Kevin hosts at least one open house for the public to view the property.
METROPOLITAN REALTORS MEETING
Kevin pitches your property at Park Metro Realty meeting to provide local brokers and agents information on your property. Even if your property is not in the part of town covered by this meeting, Kevin still shares it as an “Out of Area” property. There are typically 100 agents and affiliate professionals at this weekly meeting.
Kevin blasts your property on multiple media platforms for open houses as appropriate.
Kevin creates professional color flyers to help in the promotion of your property both at networking meetings and also for an information box that is attached to your “For Sale” sign.
Kevin promotes your property in a mailer that he sends to hundreds of local households in that property’s area of town.
Kevin informs the entire Realtor team of Park Metro Realty about your property.
Kevin spreads the word about your property to his entire client database and to other Realtors in his database.
Kevin provides you with professional representation before, during, and after the sale of your property. He assists you with required disclosures, excellent negotiating, and the ability to expose your property to tens of thousands of people.
